    Research Ranking keeps University of Wollonggong in World TOP 2%
    The release of the highly-respected 2008 Jiao Tong rankings in August saw the University of Wollonggong significantly strengthen its position among the World's Top 2% of research universities.

    Wollonggong made the Top 500 List last year and increased its standing in 2008.

    The Academic Rankings of World Universities by the Institute of Higher Education at Shanghai Jiao Tong University strongly weighted in favour of research.
