INTERNATIONAL STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS

An International Student Scholarship with the University of Newcastle’s Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment provides an excellent opportunity to gain a world-class undergraduate education.


The Faculty is offering 12 scholarships to eligible applicants of an approved full-time degree program. An extensive array of educational and pre-professional study programs are available covering many areas within:

o   Engineering
o   Computer science
o   Architecture
o  Construction management

Each scholarship provides the payment of 25 per cent of the cost of a full year study fee, and is tenable for up to five years of full-time study (subject to continuing satisfactory academic progress).


Scholarships are awarded based on academic merit. All students awarded the scholarship are also eligible for an initial sign-on bursary bonus of $1000. Applications close on 30 October 2010.
