    Yes, if you are a student, you would need to apply for a student visa preferably before you travel to Australia?

    Do I need a permit to work in Australia?
    Yes, you would need to apply for an addition to your visa requirements to legally work in Australia.

    How many hours can I work in Australia?
    You can work only 20 hours a week in Australia but full time during your semester breaks
